Every journey begins with a dream. Mine began in 2008 — not with abundance, but with belief. A belief that hard work, integrity, and courage could build something meaningful. Starting with live bird distribution, I stepped into the food industry with determination to learn, to adapt, and to grow.
Those early years shaped my understanding of markets, people, and responsibility. They also taught me that true growth comes when you are willing to take bold decisions. Recognizing the future potential of frozen poultry, we made a decisive shift that changed everything. What once was 500 kilograms per month grew into 500 metric tons per month — not overnight, but through relentless commitment, disciplined systems, and an unwavering focus on quality.
Today, what began as a small venture has grown into a group of structured private limited companies with a consolidated revenue of ₹150 crore in FY 2025–26. But numbers alone do not define our success. Our true achievement lies in the trust we have earned — from customers, partners, and the communities we serve.
Becoming the exclusive supplier of a complete breaded product portfolio for the Lulu Group International in India remains a proud milestone. It symbolizes more than a partnership; it represents recognition of our standards, our systems, and our promise to deliver excellence at scale.
In 2025, we stepped onto the global stage with the launch of Trufud and successfully completed our first international export to Mauritius. It was a deeply emotional moment — proof that a vision nurtured with patience and persistence can cross borders.
The launch of Tender chops holds a special place in my heart. It was born from a desire to connect directly with families — to bring hygienically processed, high-quality fresh meat and seafood to their tables. Watching it grow rapidly across Kerala has been both humbling and inspiring. It represents our commitment to freshness, transparency, and consumer trust.
